Sprout and Sky was born from a deep love for nature and a desire to give children the space to simply be children — curious, capable, and free to explore.
Roxane Bujold is the Founder and Program Director of Sprout and Sky, with a Bachelor of Social Work and over a decade of experience in child development across preschools, elementary schools, nonprofit programs, and summer camps. Her previous work with Native American youth and elders helped shape her respect for land-based teaching and community-centered learning—values that are thoughtfully woven into Sprout and Sky's philosophy and curriculum. Together, her credentials and hands-on experience have equipped her with a deep understanding of both proven educational practices and the emotional needs of young children.
With calm leadership and a grounded, thoughtful approach, Roxane creates environments where children feel safe, seen, and supported — allowing them to grow confidence through play and connection.
