Sprout and Sky grew from founder Roxane Bujold’s lifelong passion for nature and her commitment to creating spaces where children can truly be themselves. With over a decade in child development, a background in social work, and experience across preschools, camps, and community programs, Roxane blends child-led exploration with hands-on outdoor learning. Her work with Native American youth deepened her respect for land-based teaching, a value woven into every program. Through calm, intentional leadership, she offers families the assurance that their children are not just cared for—they’re inspired to grow.
